New Year's Eve
The party will kick off at 7:00 pm with hors d'oeuvres to enjoy before the main course. Enjoy a tastefully prepared dinner by our chefs and a cash bar filled with your favorite beverages. The menu will include herb roasted beef tenderloin, seared Alaskan halibut - lump crab, rosemary and pistachio crusted rack of lamb, risotto station, and yakisoba station. Watch your food being prepared at live action food stations throughout. Live music will be provided by the Lake's #1 party band, The Atomic Sunburns.
