Celebrate the Holidays at The Ice at Old Kinderhook!
Successful Grand Opening
The Grand Opening of The Ice at Old Kinderhook was held on December 4, 2014. The event was a huge success!
- An estimated 500 people attended
- 200 pairs of skates were issued
- Great performances from the Releve Dance Academy, the Mizzou Synchronized Skating Club and local pond hockey demonstration
- Ken Morrows meet and greet went very well
Holiday Ice Schedule
The Ice at Old Kinderhook will be open additional hours over the holidays. Join us at The Ice morning, afternoon or evening over Christmas break:
- Christmas Eve: 11 AM - 4 PM
- Christmas Day: Closed
- December 22 - January 5: Open Skate 10 AM - 10 PM
S'mores with Santa
Throughout the Holiday Season, enjoy s'mores with Santa at The Ice!
- Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM
- Sundays 1 PM - 3 PM
The Ice at Old Kinderhook offers seasonal skating, along with cozy fire pits for roasting S'mores and drinking hot chocolate available at the new cabana. Pond hockey leagues will be forming, so contact us if you're interested. During the Summer months, the ice rink will transform into The Sand at Old Kinderhook, which will include 2 full-size sand volley ball courts.
