Volleyball League Starts May 17th!
Kick your shoes off and join us for a fun-filled session of sand volleyball tournaments at Old Kinderhook Golf Resort! During the summer months, our ice rink gets converted into a sand volleyball pit. Our sand volleyball league at the Lake of the Ozarks begins in just a few days, and we want YOU to join in the fun.
Sand Volleyball League ~ General Information
18 inches of quality sand and a state-of-the-art netting system serve as the perfect backdrop for jam-packed, fun-filled sand volleyball tournaments. Whether you're an experienced player or have simply been looking for a fun way to exercise and learn a new skill, you're going to love being a part of our volleyball league!
Depending on how many of your friends and family want to participate, you have the option to sign up for our volleyball league in one of two ways:

Whether you're an experienced player or have simply been looking for a fun way to exercise and learn a new skill, you're going to love being a part of our volleyball league!
Depending on how many of your friends and family want to participate, you have the option to sign up for our volleyball league in one of two ways:
6 Person Co-Ed Teams:
- Each team will consist of three men and three women on the court.
- Games will be held on Thursday nights.
4 Person Co-Ed Teams:
- Each team can consist of however many men and women the players choose.
- Games will be held on Tuesday nights.
Cost is $30 per team member for both the 6-person and 4-person teams. Spaces are filling up quickly, so hurry and sign your team up today by calling 573-317-3573. Please have the following information when you call: team name, player names, ages, email addresses, and shirt sizes.
Games will begin at 6:00 PM. This first session will last for eight weeks, and then another session will begin after that.
Sand Volleyball League Rules
In order to keep the games fun and safe for everyone involved, we kindly ask that all players be aware of and adhere to the following guidelines:
- Scorekeeper/Referee will be provided for each game
- Schedule will be posted at The Sand and on Facebook
- All calls are final - there is zero tolerance for arguments
- Any disagreements must be brought to the League Chairman for further review at a later time
- Appropriate clothing should be worn at all times
- No outside food or beverages allowed
- Each player must sign a waiver to participate in the league
- 6 person teams - no less than 5 players must be on the court and no more than 3 of either gender
- 4 person teams - no less than 3 players must be on the court.
- Any team that does not have these amounts of players will forfeit.
